Warranty Request

Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity provides a one-year home warranty for all new and rehabilitated homes. Homeowners can submit a warranty request by emailing warranty@clevelandhabitat.org and providing the following information: 

• Homeowner Name 
• Property Address 
• Contact Phone number 
• Contact email address 
• Description of warranty issue(s)
• Optional: Photos documenting warranty issue(s)
