Intern at Habitat
Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity is a growing, multi-faceted organization that serves families in need of decent affordable housing within Cuyahoga County. We offer various internship opportunities to college/university, trade school, or graduate school students. Internships are offered on a rolling or semester basis according to departmental or organizational needs.
Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity internships allow students to volunteer in a broad range of capacities, working with staff members to assist in tasks ranging from administrative work to the creation of new programs and systems. In order to distinguish an internship from volunteering, we are looking for a 150-hour commitment over the course of approximately 15 weeks that results in a completed project or objective.
Our internships are excellent opportunities for students to gain practical real-world work experience and learn new skills while completing a degree or certificate program. Students are also able to use internships for course-work credit with the approval of their institution. Qualifications vary by internship, and some positions may require specific training or availability. Interns are considered integral members of the Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity family.
Interested candidates must be 18 years or older to apply for any internships.
Interested candidates should send a cover letter, resume, and type of internship you are applying for to:
