Having spent years teaching others as a Spanish teacher in Avon Lake, Pat loves being the one doing the learning while volunteering with Greater Cleveland Habitat. That’s a big reason she’s been doing so for the last 18 years and counting.  

In addition to learning many new skills, Pat also enjoys meeting new people and gets a great sense of accomplishment from helping those in need.

Volunteering has helped Pat hone her carpentry skills and perfect her abilities working with mud/joint compound. She also has learned a great deal about electrical and plumbing.
