SEPTEMBER 5TH EVENT

On September 5, 2024, we installed our first modular homes on West 83rd St. Each home is 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. In total, we plan to have 19 Habitat modular homes installed in three neighborhoods in Cleveland this year. We would like to thank Mayor Justin Bibb, Councilmember Jenny Spencer, and her colleagues for helping us secure $5 million in ARPA support from Cleveland City Council. We would also like to thank Cuyahoga Land Bank for providing $20,000 per modular home. Thanks also to all our other partners who made this day possible.

SEPTEMBER 19TH EVENT

On September 19th, we had a groundbreaking ceremony for 10 modular homes in Collinwood. Each home is 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. These modular homes, which are an addition to the four modular homes that were installed on September 5th, are built by Champion Homes. In total, we plan to have 19 Habitat modular homes installed in three neighborhoods in Cleveland this year. OCTOBER 23RD EVENT

On October 23rd, we installed five modular homes on 11830 Matherson Avenue. Each home is 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. This installation is the first significant project to build new homes in Ward 11 since 2005. Thank you to everyone who helped us secure funding for these modular homes.
