Greater Cleveland Habitat Modular Homes
On September 5, 2024, we installed our first modular homes on West 83rd St. Each home is a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. In total, we plan to have 19 Habitat modular homes installed in three neighborhoods in Cleveland this year. We would like to thank Mayor Justin Bibb, Councilmember Jenny Spencer, and her colleagues for helping us secure $5 million in ARPA support from Cleveland City Council. We would also like to thank Cuyahoga Land Bank for providing $20,000 per modular home. Thanks also to all our other partners who made this day possible.
